Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead multi-agent systems, develop context architectures with RAG and semantic chunking, and mentor the Knowledge/Data team while collaborating across AI, Security, and Infrastructure groups.

The role requires hands-on coding, research into frontier models, and a drive to enable scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understand AI native design processes and memory management.
• Deep understanding of model fine-tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic chunking.
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarking against evals.
• Create replication frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead agent design requirements within AI native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring within Knowledge/Data teams.
