Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible-hours setup. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, with weekly payments and various payment options.

Responsibilities include rating outputs, identifying artifacts, and providing written explanations. This role helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback on adherence, quality, and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts, distortion, or audio-visual misalignment.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was seen or heard.
