Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs adhere to prompts, and explain discrepancies in writing.

Tasks include comparing images and videos, and identifying artifacts or mismatches. At Outlier, your feedback helps improve AI systems by highlighting where they go wrong and how to fix them.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you observed.
