Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-schedule basis. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare prompts to outputs, and explain what looks off in writing.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve by providing precise evaluations and written feedback. Expect a transparent pay structure with weekly payments and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
