Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely and on flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping improve AI systems.

Role involves rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. This freelance role offers up to $15 USD/hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
