Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible schedule. You will score live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all in writing. This is a 1099 contract role with payments on a weekly cadence.

Earn up to $15 per hour with added incentives based on project scope and expertise. Regional applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication, comfortable with natural conversations.
• Excellent attention to detail, patient and careful when reviewing AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio mismatches.
• Writing a specific, English-language explanation that points to observed issues.
