Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15/hr with additional incentives, paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. This is a freelance 1099 contract role that supports flexible hours from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to look and listen closely.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions in natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations.
