Job summary

Outlier is offering a fully remote, flexible-hour contractor role reviewing AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain issues in writing from home or while you travel.

Roles pay up to $15/hr with additional incentives and weekly payments. You’ll evaluate accuracy, quality, and realism, rate outputs, and provide concise reasoning in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to look and listen closely.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, realism, and writing a specific explanation in English.
