Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media via live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video outputs, assess prompt adherence, and explain what went wrong, all on your own schedule. Strong written communication and attention to detail are essential.

Earn up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives and weekly payments. This is a fully remote role accepting applicants from multiple countries, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each response sounds.
• Inspecting AI outputs (images, videos) to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English for each rating.
