Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from anywhere with flexible hours. You’ll earn up to $15 per hour plus performance incentives, with payments made weekly. Prior experience with evaluating AI outputs is a plus, but clear judgment and written explanations are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented with the patience to review outputs closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt fidelity.
• Inspect outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and write concise explanations.
