Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio-visual outputs, rating adherence and quality, then provide written explanations to guide AI improvements. Remote work offers full flexibility and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to review closely.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in and replaying—to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a concise explanation in English.
