Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and at your own schedule.

Contributors review images, videos, and audio, rating adherence and realism, with payments weekly and flexible hours. Free access to leading LLMs is included, and applicants from multiple countries are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review outputs closely.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs by zooming in and replaying to spot problems (artifacts, motion, text).
• Provide written explanations in English citing observed issues.
• Complete tasks across image, video, and audio evaluations with accuracy.
