Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on a flexible schedule.

Role involves evaluating outputs for realism and adherence to prompts, with weekly pay and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome to apply from anywhere with internet access.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
