Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what sounded or looked off.

This work helps improve AI reasoning and performance in real-world scenarios. Contributors review images, videos, and audio/video outputs, rating realism and adherence to prompts, with weekly pay and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable speaking on your feet and talking through realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which adheres best to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs in detail (zooming/replaying) to spot issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you observed.
