Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality, realism, and writing explanations in English. Earn up to $18/hour with incentives, and get free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable speaking and reasoning in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide between flawed options clearly.
• Applicants from the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia can apply.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses, following prompts.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, misalignment, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing detailed explanations in English pointing to what was seen or heard.
