Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, judging which follows prompts better, and providing written explanations. You can work from home with flexible hours and ongoing access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios transparently.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or mismatched audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English detailing observations.
