Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what went wrong with your observations, all on a flexible, remote schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating audio, video, and visuals, rating performance across adherence, quality, and realism, and providing written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and articulate your reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English for your judgments.
