Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs across adherence, quality and realism, writing clear explanations in English, and identifying issues such as distorted anatomy, motion glitches, or misalignment between audio and video.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher favored.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, or misaligned audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
