Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos, spotting issues such as distortion or misalignment, and rating outputs across adherence and quality. You’ll write concise explanations in English to justify your choices.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
