Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your insights help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. You’ll review outputs, provide written explanations, and earn by evaluating media from anywhere with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Eligible from several countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and spot issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Provide a written, specific explanation of what you saw or heard, in English.
