Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when things seem off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable working remotely with a self-directed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion glitches, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, then write a focused English explanation.
