Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare media, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18 USD/hr, with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs. Join a global team evaluating frontier AI systems and shaping their real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsabilités

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio; describe findings in writing.
