Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Willingness to provide concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing explanations in English.
