Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges, comparing image and video outputs to determine which follows prompts more accurately and writing clear explanations of what looked or sounded wrong.

Work remotely on your own schedule and earn up to $18 per hour, with weekly payments. Flexible hours, access to leading LLMs, and incentives vary by project and expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking naturally in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Eligible applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues.
