Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges, compare images and videos to assess prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve, with free access to leading LLMs and the possibility of earnings per project. Applicants from multiple countries are accepted.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review of media outputs.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in and replay to spot issues like distortion or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what was observed and why.
