Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off to improve model performance.

The work supports shaping how advanced AI systems reason and learn. Earn up to $18/hr, with flexible hours and weekly payments, and enjoy free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear, written communication and comfort with everyday conversation.
Excellent attention to detail; patient when replaying or zooming in on media evidence.
Ability to explain what looked or sounded wrong in a structured, concise manner.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, motion, text, or audio mismatches.
Provide written explanations in English pointing to observed issues and your reasoning.
