Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looks off, helping improve AI performance.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and are comfortable working independently from home or while traveling. Weekly payments are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distortions or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what was observed.
