Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in written form.

Your insights help improve AI systems while you work remotely and set your own hours. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, able to describe complex observations clearly, and comfortable working independently.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to explain findings clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule.
• Experience writing concise explanations of observations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong.
• Spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality and realism, with written explanations.
