Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score responses, compare image and video outputs, and write concise explanations of what looked off or didn’t match the prompt.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media.
• Ability to conduct live conversations with AI voice models.
• Ability to write clear explanations of issues found during reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
