Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Work from home with up to $15/hr, paid weekly, plus incentives. You’ll help improve how AI systems reason and perform in real-world tasks through structured feedback and scoring.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain findings in writing.
• Willing to work remotely on a flexible schedule.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
