Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write clear explanations describing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with flexible hours and weekly pay. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, up to $15 USD per hour, with additional incentives for top performers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to look and listen closely.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain situations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment with the prompt.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
• Inspecting outputs for issues such as text errors or audio-video mismatches.
