Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Responsibilities include evaluating outputs, ranking by accuracy and quality, and providing precise explanations. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with pay up to $15/hr and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a detailed explanation in English.
