Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models, and scoring exchanges. You will compare AI-produced images and videos to judge prompt adherence and explain what looked off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, earning up to $15/hr with additional incentives and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and useful each AI response sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted features or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
