Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience explaining observations succinctly in writing.
• Comfortable making decisions even when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear explanation of observations in English.
