Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live English conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors evaluate prompts adherence, quality, and realism, then provide English-written explanations. This is a 1099 freelance opportunity with flexible hours and weekly payouts through ACH/PayPal/AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think quickly and make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
