Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere in the U.S. You’ll hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

This freelance, 1099 opportunity pays up to $15/hour with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Flexible hours and remote work let you travel or work from home as projects require.

Qualifications

• Must be a fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
