Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models and compare AI-produced media, scoring adherence to prompts and quality, while providing written justifications.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio for issues like distortion or misalignment, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations for each decision.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, natural writing and speaking style.
• Excellent written explanations or reviews based on observations.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening to details in audio, image, and video outputs.
• Ability to articulate findings clearly in English for each evaluation.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI outputs on naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Write specific, evidence-based explanations in English for detected issues.
