Outlier is seeking detail-rich, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off or incorrect, helping improve AI systems in real time.

Responsibilities include scoring outputs, noting prompts-following accuracy, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Provide written explanations in English that point to observed issues.
