Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models and evaluate how well outputs follow prompts, then describe what looked wrong.

You will compare image and video results, zoom in to spot issues, and rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism. Flexible hours and remote work are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain findings in writing with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank naturalness and adherence to prompts.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt-following quality.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text/audio mismatches.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
