Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their own schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and determine which versions adhere to prompts while explaining what looked off in written form.

Responsibilities include rating realism and quality across media types, identifying issues such as blurring, inconsistencies, or audio-video misalignment, and providing concise, evidence-based write-ups.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear outputs are.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which best follows a prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment, and explaining findings in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation of the observed issues in English.
