Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing written justifications with concrete observations. This role shapes AI systems by producing precise feedback from diverse tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented with patience to replay or zoom in for accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Writing English explanations that specify observed issues with evidence.
