Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your schedule.

You’ll compare AI-generated media against prompts, identify issues, and contribute to improving AI systems through precise, written explanations. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with flexible hours and remote work from anywhere.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational style.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replay) to spot issues (distortions, flicker, text, audio-video mismatch).
Rating outputs on adherence, quality, realism and writing a detailed English explanation.
