Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated media to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with fully remote opportunities and flexible hours. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in on outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to find flaws like distorted visuals or audio misalignment.
• Write English explanations detailing what was off and why, tied to evidence.
