Job summary
Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-produced media, and explain what looked off in writing. Your work helps improve how AI systems reason and respond in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
- Strong attention to detail, patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
- Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
- Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Responsibilities
- Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank perceived naturalness and clarity.
- Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to the prompt.
- Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
- Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was observed.
