Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for distortions, and writing clear explanations of findings. Join a flexible, remote team and help improve AI performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts and judge adherence to the instruction.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts and misalignments, describing findings in writing.
• Provide concise explanations in English detailing what looked off and why.
