Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio for fidelity to prompts, detailing where improvements are needed, and contributing to a feedback loop that helps improve AI systems. Remote, flexible hours with global access.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot anomalies like artifacts or misalignment.
• Write English explanations detailing what looked off or sounded off, with specifics.
