Job summary

Outlier is looking for detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, scoring live AI voice conversations and comparing image/video outputs to prompts. You will explain what looked off in writing, helping improve AI systems in real time.

You will inspect outputs for distortions, unnatural motion, or audio mismatches, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations. Work remotely with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural speech.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a focused explanation in English describing what was seen or heard.
