Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate how closely outputs follow prompts. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all from home and on a flexible schedule.

In this remote role, you’ll contribute to improving AI systems by providing clear, evidence-based explanations and distinctive judgments across text, image, video, and audio tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot errors and misalignments.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to observed issues.
