Job summary

Outlier offers a freelance opportunity to evaluate AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely. This role pays up to $15/hr and includes weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with sharp attention to detail, able to provide clear, evidence-based explanations. Prior experience in reviews or testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and clear explanations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot subtle issues in AI outputs.
• Experience explaining observations in concise, evidence-based writing.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural, conversational language.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking how natural, useful and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing detailed explanations of observations in English.
