Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what went wrong in writing.

This is a fully remote, flexible-hours role with pay up to $15/hr and weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to articulate observations clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain observations clearly.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard, covering adherence, quality, and realism.
